Re: Pick-up and Drop-off of Children

Drop-Off
This serves to remind you that children should not be left in the classrooms unattended before 7:30 a.m. Teachers are scheduled to report for duty at that time to accommodate morning drop-off. Students who arrive on campus before 7:30 a.m. are unsupervised, which may create opportunities for unwanted incidents.

If your child arrives at school before 7:30 a.m. and is not involved in an extracurricular activity that begins before 7:30 a.m., then we kindly ask that you remain with them under the Gazebo until the class teacher or assistant arrives.

Pick-Up
Students who are not engaged in extracurricular activities or registered for the after acre programme, must be picked up promptly at their respective dismissal times. Please note that there is no supervision after 3:00 p.m. All teachers leave by this time, except on Wednesdays, when they leave at 2:00 p.m. for staff development. Therefore on Wednesdays, prompt pick -up must be done by 2:00 p.m.
