1. What is SmartTerm?
SmartTerm is an integrated platform combining school administration, learning management, communication, and data analysis. It enhances school efficiency, improves student engagement, and fosters collaboration between teachers, students, and parents.

2. How do I access SmartTerm for the first time?
1. Check your email you will receive an invitation from Mona Prep with your personal login link.
2. Click the link and follow the simple steps to set your password.
3. Once your account is set up, log in via:
   * Mona Prep's portal: https://monaprep.mysmartterm.com
   * Directly: https://smartterm.io
4. SmartTerm works on both desktop and mobile devices access it through a web browser or via your school's chosen mobile app (if applicable).

3. What if I forget my password?
Go to the portal login page and click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered email (or Smart ID) and follow the instructions in the reset email.

4. Can I view my child's past records?
Yes. Returning parents will continue to have access to student documents linked to their account.

5. Do I need to install anything to use SmartTerm?
No installation is required for the web version simply log in via your preferred browser. If your school offers a mobile app, you may install it for quicker access on phones or tablets.

6. What can I do in SmartTerm?
Parents of students in K3 to Grade 6 can view the curriculum, updates, and assignments from the teachers.

7. Is my data secure?
Yes. SmartTerm employs industry-standard security protocols and data privacy measures to ensure all student and parent information is fully protected.

8. Where can I get help if I am still having trouble logging in or using the portal?
