You are asked to take in the original immunization card/booklet for your child/ward on one of the following days: March 24 or 25 the Ministry of Health will visit the school on April 23, 2015 to view the document. If your child/ward is not fully immunized you will be asked to give consent to have the immunization done at the School. However, you can also opt to do it privately.
