Parents/Guardians who are interested in having their child/ward enrolled at Mona Preparatory School are required to submit the following documents:
An assessment is required for students entering Kindergarten 2 to Grade 5 (we do not register children for Grade 6). Acceptance cannot be granted until an assessment has been done. The assessment will be organized once the parent/guardian has submitted all the required documents.
School fees (and any additional fees) are determined on an annual basis after the budgeting process has been completed. The current school fee breakdown is as follows:
|School Fee||$96,000 (per term)|
|P.T.A Dues||$1,000 (only for the first term)|
|Insurance||$500 (only for the first term)|
*A Covid-19 Fee ($3,000) might also be applicable depending on the instruction modality that will be used in each term. As these are very uncertain times, we are not able to confirm that this fee will actually be required.
Fees can be paid at any branch of National Commercial Bank (NCB) or at the school using a debit or credit card. Cash payments WILL NOT accepted by the school.
Proof of payment must be emailed to the Bursary at email@example.com before the class authorization pass can be granted. It is the policy of the school that fees should be paid in IN FULL before the start of each term in order for the child to attend classes.
The School has invested heavily in procuring items required to ensure that the School follows all public health regulations relating to operating an early childhood instruction during the pandemic. This includes, but is not limited to procuring hand sanitizers, training for all staff, organization of classroom seating to ensure physical distancing, access control for parents and students etc.
Instruction mode for academic year 2020/2021
Currently, the School does not offer any face-to-face instruction as guided by the Ministry of Education and for the purpose of public safety. All students are engaged in online learning only. This mode will be revised for January, 2021.
Kindly note that as we are uncertain about the measures that will be in place for next year, some of the information above might be subject to change.
